Job Title: Retirement Analyst
Location: Parsippany, NJ 07054
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Pay Scale: $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Audit weekly payroll 401k deferral files against contribution files sent to the third-party administrator
- Audit Pension census data Issue
- Resolve participant inquiries from 401k and Pension third party administrators
- Service Excellence: Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Analyze retirement plan spend for financial forecasts
- Proficiency in retirement plan software, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and actuarial modeling tools.
