SuccessFactors Trainer
SuccessFactors Trainer – Freelance Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to support the delivery of end-user training as part of a SuccessFactors implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging SuccessFactors training sessions for end users and key stakeholders.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and supporting documentation.
- Deliver virtual and classroom-based training across one or more SuccessFactors modules.
- Support user adoption and change management activities.
- Provide post-go-live training and knowledge transfer where required.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering training on SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Onboarding).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience creating training documentation and e-learning content is desirable.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
