ERP Trainer,
The Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer will develop and deliver training sessions on Oracle Fusion ERP modules to end-users, power users, and administrators. The trainer will create training materials, conduct training, and provide post-training support to ensure successful user adoption and optimal use of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions tailored to various user levels.
- Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to align training content with organizational needs.
- Provide post-go-live support and refresher training sessions.
- Assist in change management efforts by communicating system changes and benefits.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and adapt training content.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for supplemental training.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation.
- Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects).
- Experience designing and delivering training using different modalities (ILT, VILT, e-learning).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex system processes into simple instructions.
- Proficiency with tools like Oracle UPK, Captivate, Articulate, or other eLearning development software.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Oracle Certified Trainer or related Oracle certifications.
- Prior experience in ERP change management or organizational readiness projects.
- Experience in cross-functional ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Special Considerations:
- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in Newark, NJ.
