Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking passionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide meaningful 1:1 home care to pediatric clients throughout Newark, NJ. We have immediate openings for day, evening, and weekend shifts , offering consistent scheduling and strong clinical support so you always feel confident and backed by your care team.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Provide dedicated 1:1 pediatric nursing care — Support each child’s comfort, safety, and daily needs throughout each shift with compassion and skill.
⭐ Pay Rate
LPN: $40/hr
⭐ What You Bring
Active New Jersey LPN License
Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of MMR within 10 years
Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
