Total Rewards Leader
Allied Digestive Health is one of the largest integrated networks of gastroenterology care centers in the nation with over 200+ providers and 60+ locations throughout New Jersey and New York. All of our doctors are board-certified in gastroenterology and hepatology. Several of them serve as chief of gastroenterology at nearby hospitals, and a number of them have been recognized as top-quality physicians in publications, including but not limited to: Best Doctors in America and Top Doctors New Jersey, and US News Health - US News & World Report.
We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Total Rewards Leader for our organization.
The Total Rewards Leader is responsible for leading the administration and compliance of all benefits related programming and compensation administration at Allied Digestive Health and its Affiliates. This key member of the Human Resources team will leverage their in-depth knowledge to create and innovate our benefit offerings and compensation programs to ensure that they are aligned with Allied Digestive Health's Mission, Vision, and Values, and strategic objectives of the organization.
The Total Rewards Leader must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business and/ or a related field preferred
- At least 5-7 years of progressive responsibilities in benefits and/or compensation field preferably with companies of a medium or large scale. Experience with healthcare organizations a plus.
- Experience with M&A work a plus.
Other Desirable Skills and Attributes :
- Proven track record with progressive responsibilities related to benefits administration and annual enrollment planning and compensation management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to meet business needs with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability and confidence to work as a credible partner with all levels of the Company's senior leadership, providers and operational staff.
- Excellent communicator with customer focus, proven relationship management skills, and the ability to present complex issues in a manner that is easy to understand.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to establish and maintain credibility with all audiences including senior management and providers in a tactful, mature and flexible manner. High level of collaboration and influencing skills.
- Must be a strategic thinker and problem-solver, with the ability to operate in a highly fluid, complex environment that requires agility, adaptability, decisiveness and an ability to effectively work with and across all levels of the business.
