In-Home ABA Services | New Jersey
At Peace Care is a growing in-home ABA therapy provider serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across New Jersey. We are committed to compassionate, ethical, and family-centered care—and we’re looking for dedicated Behavioral Technicians to join our team.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time (with opportunity for growth)
- Setting: In-home ABA therapy
- Schedule: Afternoon / Evening
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and certification)
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes and community settings
- Collect accurate session data and complete session notes
- Maintain professionalism with families and clinical team
- Follow ethical and clinical standards as outlined by BACB
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience working with children with autism or special needs is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Must pass background check and required clearances
- Strong communication and professionalism
