Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift.
- Oversee patient care activities and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and address any issues promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall patient care.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in New Jersey.
- Proven experience as a Nurse in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations. xrczosw
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
