**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
+ Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises to support site-specific security-related policies.
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures and protocols.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential risks and identify unusual activity.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities encountered during shifts.
+ Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with Allied Universal management and local authorities as required.
+ Communicate professionally and clearly with team members, site personnel, and visitors to support a secure and orderly environment at the logistics and distribution location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
