Patient Ambassador (Dental Implant Sales Specialist)

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic sales consultant to guide patients through the life-changing journey of receiving dental implants.
This role blends consultative sales with compassionate care, ensuring patients are fully informed, financially supported, and confident every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Process : Guide patients through a consultative, empathetic sales experience for advanced dental procedures, including All-on-Four implants.
- Patient Education : Clearly explain treatment options to help patients make informed decisions.
- Follow-Up : Conduct ongoing communication to keep patients engaged and supported.
- Customize Payment Plans : Build financing options tailored to individual patient needs.
- Lead Generation : Engage in outbound outreach, community events, and referral networking to grow patient volume.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Foster Referrals : Build long-term relationships with patients to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Support the Team : Contribute to team goals and assist with additional duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in consultative or direct-to-consumer roles
- Dental background is a plus!
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- A confident, professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
- Experience using a CRM or contact tracking system
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
