Your role as a SalesAs a Sales Specialist at Distinctive Living, you'll spearhead the marketing and positioning of our senior living and assisted living products in your assigned area, driving occupancy and revenue goals to new heights. Your keen oversight of marketing budget allocations will ensure optimal exposure while creating efficiencies across media platforms. You'll take the lead in implementing a successful sales structure, assisting in the recruitment, training, and coaching of dedicated marketing staff across our portfolio of communities. Partnering closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll help develop targeted marketing plans and conduct competitive analyses to adapt to local market dynamics.
Regular visits to communities will allow you to directly influence sales initiatives while maintaining full occupancy aligned with our business objectives. With a focus on teamwork and excellence, you'll promote our company values while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Additionally, recruiting, onboarding, and coaching top sales talent will be part of your role, requiring strong collaboration with HR and Operations. Experience in competitive analysis, performance monitoring, and community engagement will empower you to drive results, build relationships, and represent our brand with integrity.
