We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our cycling events team as Cycling Event Team Members on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be an integral part of our event operations, providing essential support in setting up, running, and breaking down bike rental services at various cycling events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist in the setup and breakdown of bike rental stations at event locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to event participants, assisting with bike adjustments and customer setup.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, clean, and accounted for, including assisting with bike adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Rider Assistance: Greet riders and assist them with bike rentals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Brand Representation: Maintain brand standards for appearance, atmosphere, and culture, representing Unlimited Biking in a professional and positive manner.
• Travel and On-Site Support: Travel to event locations and provide on-site support as directed by the event lead.

Requirements:

• Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends (part-time position).
• Early Morning Availability: Willingness to start work early in the morning (3 AM, 4 AM).
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to event locations, including overnight trips.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move bikes and equipment.
• Passion for Cycling: A passion for cycling and outdoor activities is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written); multilingual is a plus.
• Positive Attitude: Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliability and Punctuality: Demonstrated history of being dependable and on time.
