We are seeking a motivated and professional Administrative & Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations, provide outstanding customer service, and assist with sales outreach activities. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information.
- Support general office operations and administrative projects.
Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Process orders, requests, and service-related transactions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and feedback.
Sales Calls & Business Development
- Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist with sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Meet call activity and lead-generation targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling customer inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
