- 2 to 6 years of Municipal Engineering
- Civil Engineering degree with EIT or PE
- Client interaction skills
- Sewer, Water Mains, Utilities, Roadway
- Zoning and Approvals
- Township meetings
- Full understanding of design process
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
