Executive Assistant FT Days

Job Summary:
The incumbent performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, competencies, and knowledge of Englewood Health policies and practices. These functions require discretion in handling confidential, sensitive, and timely information. Duties include relationship building and serving as a liaison with Board members, Hospital and Practice leadership, physicians, staff, business partners and community members. This position includes overseeing the progress of projects, action items, and strategies that flow from the EVP/CLO and Legal Affairs executives. She/he ensures that appropriate follow up actions are taken and initiates meetings and communications as directed. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for the flow of information to and from the EVP/CLO and Legal Affairs executives via all types of venues (forums, correspondence, conferences, retreats, etc.)

Job Essentials:
Minimum of four years' experience as an executive assistant required.
Proficient in computer applications, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as a working knowledge of various database and software programs.
Very strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact and communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the health system (e.g. Administrative Staff, Board of Trustees, Department Heads, Medical Staff), and the general public.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
