INTAKE /FILE MANAGEMENT PARALEGAL. Full time salaried position at busy family formation and protection law firm in Glen Rock NJ. Job will require great client communication and organizational skills. Responsible for all case intake/screening, case set up and scheduling, responsibility for drafting, electronic and paper filing of select case types. Will oversee file and case management, assuring timely calendaring, filing and document distribution to clients. Great opportunity for self-directed team player. Must be proficient on Macs and with Microsoft Office products. Some opportunity for remote work. Will train new graduate. Health/dental/vision available. Generous vacation and personal time package.
