Virtual Assistant

- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the team at QP Group.
- Manage and maintain calendars, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Assist with procurement and supply chain related tasks as needed.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high-quality standards.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a procurement or supply chain environment is a plus.
