(Korean Bilingual) SCM Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a SCM Associate to support purchasing, warehouse operations, and inventory control. This role handles order processing, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and administrative support for warehouse operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and purchase orders (POs) in the system
- Prepare picking lists and coordinate with warehouse staff
- Verify vendor invoices against quantities and pricing
- Support receiving, shipping, and daily inventory tracking
- Manage shipment scheduling and delivery coordination
- Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound inventory
- Identify and report inventory issues (shortage, overage, aging)
- Participate in monthly physical inventory counts
- Support warehouse supervisors and part-time staff as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or SCM experience (food industry preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Korean required
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, team-player, able to work in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working in freezer environments
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
