Production Associate – Gourmet Frozen Desserts Location: Oceanport, NJ

Pay: $17.00/hr

Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (No Weekends!)

Are you the type of person who prefers the cold to the heat? We are looking for energetic Production Associates to join our specialty dessert manufacturing team. This is a fast-paced role located in a state-of-the-art, refrigerated facility.

The Environment Note on Temperature: This role takes place entirely within a refrigerated, cold-storage environment (approximately 35°F–40°F) to maintain the integrity of our frozen products. You must be comfortable working in cold temperatures for the duration of your 8-hour shift.

What You’ll Do

• Production: Load premium ice cream mixtures into industrial freezers.

• Quality Sorting: Monitor the conveyor belt to sort specialty "ice cream balls" by color and quality.

• Packaging: Wrap, box, and palletize finished products for cold storage.

• Efficiency: Work at a steady pace to meet daily production goals in a clean, food-safe environment.

Key Requirements

• Cold Tolerance: Ability to work a full shift in a consistently cold, refrigerated setting.

• Physicality: Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.

• Consistency: Reliable transportation to Oceanport and a track record of excellent attendance.

• Pace: Ability to keep up with a moving conveyor line while maintaining attention to detail.
