Manufacturing Associate – Recent Graduate (Upstream Bioprocessing) New Jersey | Entry-Level Role | We’re hiring a recent graduate to join our upstream manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate . This is an ideal first role for someone who’s completed a Bachelor’s degree in a life science field and gained some hands-on exposure to bioreactors or cell culture through a university lab, internship, or co-op. This is a full-time, on-site position offering in-depth training and the opportunity to grow within a cutting-edge biologics manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing Assist with upstream operations such as cell thawing, expansion, and bioreactor setup Support media and buffer preparation under GMP conditions Monitor critical parameters like pH and dissolved oxygen during upstream runs Accurately document work in batch records and follow all SOPs Work within a cleanroom and aseptic environment, maintaining strict quality and safety standards Collaborate with experienced manufacturing and quality teams as part of your training What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (Class of 2023 or 2024 only) Some exposure to upstream techniques (e.g. bioreactors, cell culture, media prep), either in an academic lab, internship, or co-op Understanding of GMP or aseptic techniques is helpful, but not required — training will be provided Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in biomanufacturing and be part of a team making a real impact in the biologics space.
