Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical PM, you will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning and feasibility assessments to design, construction, and handover.
2. Managing the coordination and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
3. Leading and managing project teams, including contractors, engineers, and other professionals, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
5. Monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and taking corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
7. Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this pivotal role, you should possess:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
2. Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive teams to achieve project goals.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues and make effective decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
7. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
