Join Infrastructure Platforms Network Technology team as a Deputy Chief of Staff, where you'll enhance organizational effectiveness, lead people development, and drive process improvements. + Lead monthly business review process for the product line, including end-to-end delivery and content maturation through engagement with platform and service owners.
+ Oversee portfolio management activities, including ownership of the portfolio and resource management tool
+ Manage monthly product line headcount forecasting, reconciliation, and planning; maintain historical data and provide effective storytelling on headcount trends.
+ Oversee product line travel and expense management, including planning and budget oversight.
+ Drive process improvements and support the team in navigating a rapidly transforming business environment.
+ Conduct root cause analysis on organizational effectiveness, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Partner with the GM and Chief of Staff to drive remediation efforts.
+ Lead the people development agenda, supporting team growth, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
+ Collaborate with the central communications team to ensure effective messaging and develop Product Line Town Hall materials.
+ Maintain product line overview content.
+ Serve as a backup to the Chief of Staff, supporting GMs and product line leadership as needed.

+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
