Business Development: Administrative Associate - Business Development

An ideal candidate for our Administrative Associate - Business Development department is an individual who is detail oriented, self-motivated with a high level of administrative experience, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, is a team player, and performs productively in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Description:

Support the department with organization, calendar and event management

Assist in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and agreements

Maintain business development leads and client information

Assist in study initiation activities to ensure a smooth transition from the business development team to the clinical services team

Implement routine follow-ups on all outstanding proposals and amendments

Maintain paper and electronic files of contracts, CDAs, and quotes

Core Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or 3 years demonstrated administrative experience

Expert level knowledge with Microsoft Office

Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365

Solid communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with clients

Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Detail oriented and works well within a team environment

Desired:

Experience assisting in Business Development efforts would be advantageous

The anticipated salary range for the position is $23.00-$28.00 per hour. This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
