Legal Operations Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Legal Technology Migration Projects
- Assist with the migration from TyMetrix to Brightflag
- Assist with the migration from Legal Hold Pro to Exterro Legal Hold
- Execute tasks under strategic guidance from management
- Outside Counsel Management
- Assist in renewing agreements with approximately 15 global Panel firms
- Use the PERSUIT platform for outside counsel tasks
- Legal Technology Administration
- Administer and support platforms including Persuit, TyMetrix 360, Legal Hold Pro, Brightflag, and Exterro
- Provide training and technical support to the legal team
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report on key legal metrics
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for data insights
Skills:
- Experience in Legal Operations, Paralegal, or Litigation Support roles
- Knowledge of ebilling workflows
- Strong analytical, data analysis, and project management skills
- Proficiency in legal tech platforms (e.g., Persuit, TyMetrix 360, Brightflag, Legal Hold Pro, Exterro)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
Education/Experience:
- Experience in legal operations or related roles
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Nice to have: experience in ebilling, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel proficiency
