Pathfinders is working with a Leading Healthcare Technology firm specializing in the Pharmaceutical Industry. We are currently seeking experienced healthcare customer service representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and expand your career in healthcare! This is a contract to potential permanent role.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team! In this role you will be working with patients and healthcare professionals to provide affordable access to medications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls from patients and healthcare professionals
• Display empathy while guiding patients through the process
• Provide program information, eligibility, and verify benefits

Requirements:

• 1+ years in corporate healthcare, call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of benefits/insurance or medical billing is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Customer empathy

Details:

• Full Time, M-F 11:30am-8pm
• Pay: $18-20/hr based on experience
• Location: Whippany, NJ
