An exciting opportunity exists with an established company focused on Labor and Management for Exhibits, Events, and Branded Environments. Already a nationwide leader in the exhibit/trade show space we are looking to grow our Retail, Museum, Corporate Interior installation business.
The candidate we are looking for would have a proven track record in the branded environment space (Selling labor a huge plus). In addition, the right candidate will be:
- A leader
- Develop and execute on business plans
- Strong sales acumen with proven track record
- Someone who can work alone and as a team.
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to build a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to successfully work through varied issues with integrity, honestly and in a candid, straightforward manner.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Be able to travel
- Display a professional demeanor
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Help establish business as premier provider of Labor and Management for Environments (Retail, Museum, Corporate Interiors, etc.)
- Working closely with our Operations team you will manage all Sales and Marketing aspects of the Environments business, including but not limited to:
- Pricing
- Competitive landscape
- Sales playbook
- Conduct client presentations (in person and virtually) and coordinate visits to existing and potential clients.
- Solicit and respond to opportunities.
- Appropriately manage and update the CRM system to ensure detailed information is entered from all lead sources.
- Effectively share business results and the story behind the numbers on monthly business reviews.
- Communicate with Operations and Regional Managers regarding upcoming and operational needs.
