Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with approximately 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, optimization, and continuous improvement, with hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, improving product quality, and ensuring process safety and compliance.

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing and production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Analyze production data and identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction.

• Create and update process documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and work instructions.

• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations) to implement process improvements.

• Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Support process validation, scale-up, and technology transfer activities.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular process reports and analyses.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.

• Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar).

• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles, Six Sigma Methadologies and Project Optimization Techniques.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with safety and quality management systems (ISO,OSHA,GMP,etc.).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
