Mental Health Therapist
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Essex, Morris, Warren, Somerset, Bergen & Mercer Counties)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: On Site
We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to join a growing behavioral health practice providing services to adults and older adults in long-term care, assisted living, community settings, and through teletherapy across New Jersey.
ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group counseling sessions.
Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans.
Help clients manage depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Active New Jersey license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, or LAC .
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if onsite visits are required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
