Hiring immediately for this Resolution Specialist job at Educational Testing Services, no experience necessary. Weekly pay starting at $19.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

· High School Diploma/GED

· 1+ years’ related work experience

· Experience with investigating, data analysis, and quality control

· Competent in using Microsoft Word and other basic computer applications

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Must be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and exhibit a high degree of flexibility

· Understand and demonstrate competency in assigned processes, including acquiring specific program subject matter knowledge

· Follow established processes to ensure initial processing of work units meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Quality initiative standards

· Report any process issues or production errors to internal Resolution management

· Identify and recommend process changes and improvements

· Conduct oneself professionally in accordance with ETS's policies and procedures

· Become familiar with documentation requirements and report missing or additional documents to the supervising manager

· Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
