Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact supporting students as a Paraprofessional, working in specialized education programs in a dynamic, contract-based role. Multiple opportunities are available for dedicated individuals to assist in both ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and LLD (Learning and Language Disabilities) programs for the upcoming 2026 Extended School Year (ESY). These roles are ideal for candidates looking to start immediately and potentially extend into the following school year.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional supporting students within school settings
• Familiarity with ABA or special education classrooms strongly preferred
• An understanding of individualized educational plans (IEPs) and ability to follow support strategies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with students and colleagues
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to changing student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students enrolled in the ABA or LLD program
• Assist the lead teacher with classroom management, data collection, and daily activities
• Help implement personalized academic and behavioral interventions
• Encourage student engagement and independence through positive reinforcement
• Support students with classroom routines and one-on-one or group instruction
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Schedule & Program Details:

• LLD Program runs from July 6th to July 31st
• ABA Program runs from June 29th to August 7th
• Work hours are 9am to 12pm, offering a manageable morning schedule
• Possibility of continuing this meaningful work into the next school year
