Requirements:
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
- Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, medication reminders)
- Support mobility (walking, transfers, repositioning, toileting)
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping/laundry
- Provide transportation for errands or appointments
- Maintain a safe environment and document care
- Offer companionship, conversation, and respect for client privacy
