Renault Winery is seeking friendly, responsible, and customer‑service‑oriented individuals to join our team as Beach/Lake Badge Checkers for the Egg Harbor City Lake & Campground. Badge Checkers serve as the first point of contact for guests entering the lake area, ensuring that all visitors have valid passes and providing helpful information about the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering the lake or beach area.

• Check and verify daily badges, season passes, wristbands, or payment receipts.

• Provide clear and friendly information about lake rules, operating hours, and amenities.

• Assist guests with questions, directions, and general support.

• Maintain accurate records of day-pass sales (if applicable).

• Monitor gate access to ensure only authorized guests enter.

• Communicate promptly with supervisors about any issues or rule violations.

• Maintain a clean and organized check‑in area.

• Support the lifeguard and operations team as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to remain attentive while monitoring guest entry.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Able to work outdoors in summer weather conditions.

• Weekend and holiday availability required.

• Ability to handle occasional conflict or rule enforcement calmly.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Prior experience in guest services, retail, or hospitality.

• Comfort with simple cash handling or mobile point‑of‑sale systems.

Work Environment

• Outdoor station at the lake entrance.

• Standing or sitting for extended periods.

• Regular interaction with families, campers, and day‑pass guests.
