Project Manager (Digital, General)
Job Description:
The Project Manager at QP Group will be responsible for leading digital and general projects to improve procurement and supply chain processes. The role involves collaborating with clients to deliver sustainable value and savings through expert procurement expertise. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement the 5-stage Sourcing Management Process (SMP) and ensure successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead digital and general procurement projects to optimize supply chain processes
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved stakeholder confidence
- Implement the 5-stage Sourcing Management Process (SMP) to drive procurement transformation
- Coach client teams on procurement best practices and techniques
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge transfer
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement consulting or project management
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Experience working with global companies on procurement optimization projects
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Procurement (CPSM) is a plus
