ADV EXPORT | CDI | Toulouse Est (H/F)
- Gestion complète des commandes clients : réception, saisie, suivi des stocks, encours de fabrication, répartition des produits.
- Confirmation des délais et organisation des livraisons.
- Émission des factures pro forma.
- Organisation des transports et suivi auprès des prestataires.
- Mise à jour des tarifs et des données clients.
- Relation quotidienne avec une clientèle majoritairement internationale.
- Interface entre les équipes commerciales et les services internes (achats, comptabilité, logistique, conditionnement).
- Gestion des litiges : retards, non-conformités, anomalies documentaires.
- Suivi et mise à jour des outils de reporting : contrats, fiches clients, tableaux de bord.
- Garantie du respect des procédures internes, des normes qualité et des délais de livraison.
- Formation Bac +2 minimum en commerce international ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée sur un poste ADV Export avec une forte exposition au grand export.
- Très bon niveau d’anglais indispensable (80 % de l’activité à l’international).
- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et ERP.
- Personne rigoureuse, autonome, organisée et appréciant le travail en équipe.
- Excellent relationnel, sens du service client et capacité à gérer les priorités.
- CDI - 38h30 hebdomadaires
- Rémunération : 31K€ à 34K€ brut annuel selon expérience
- Poste basé à Toulouse Est, secteur Balma
