Assist the Doctor, EKG's, Vitals, Nebulizers, chart work, refilling medications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
- Perform vital signs measurements and record patient information accurately
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Schedule appointments and able to work in the front and manage patient records
- Provide medical administrative support, such as answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Knowledge of medical procedures, including inhalation therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing patient service
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals in delivering quality care to patients. Your skills in medication administration, vital signs measurement, patient care, and medical administrative support will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the medical facility.
