Stock Replenishment Analyst

We’re looking for a Stock Replenishment Analyst / Purchasing Agent to join our Stock Replenishment team—a key role that helps keep our shelves full, our customers happy, and our operations running like clockwork. What You’ll Do:
- Ensure our stock stays replenished by inputting and sending accurate purchase orders
- Work closely with suppliers to confirm pricing, quantities, and shipping schedules
- Monitor and follow up on open POs—resolving issues before they become problems
- Communicate across departments to provide updates and insights
- Analyze stock needs and assist with reports, charts, and supply chain trends
- Schedule truckloads and coordinate deliveries with our shipping partners
- Keep everything running smoothly using Excel, Outlook, and our internal systems
