5 Day work week- No nights or weekends in an Air Condition Shop

This position is built for someone who already knows the trade — not entry-level, not learning as you go — but a technician others rely on. We are looking for a strong B level tech or above.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years professional experience.
• ASE certifications a strong plus.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
• Takes pride in clean, correct, repeatable repairs.
• Takes pride in their performance.

This Job Is NOT For:

• Entry-level or apprentice technicians.
• Anyone who cuts corners to flag hours.
• Shops hoppers or short-term fillers.
