About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce and warehouse company specializing in home improvement and building materials. Our business is stable, the work environment is clean and organized, and the team is collaborative. We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join our inbound team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and organize inbound shipment paperwork, data entry, and verification;

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily receiving and inventory tasks;

• Verify product quantities and specifications against system records;

• Follow up on supplier shipments and inbound schedules;

• Assist in maintaining warehouse records and filing documents;

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese (mandatory) and able to communicate effectively in English;

• Previous warehouse or clerical experience preferred;

• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, etc.);

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable;

• Good communication and teamwork skills;

• Forklift operation skills preferred (forklift certification is a plus).
