Accounts Receivable Manager

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm

What You Will Do at C.A. Ferolie:

• Lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate client payments
• Maintain and improve system documentation and procedural guidelines; maintaining SOPs
• Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency
• Evaluate workloads and periodically reassign accounts as needed
• Strengthen collaboration with the Customer Service department to optimize processes
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training initiatives
• Ensure accurate recording of new and adjusted commission rates in the system
• Maintain up-to-date reference documents for split payments
• Ensure adherence to escalation procedures
• Monitor aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and implement effective collection strategies
• Assist with special projects and analytical tasks assigned by leadership

What You Should Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable preferred; Accounts Payable experience will also be considered
• Managerial experience, ideally in a multi-site or hybrid work environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc) and mathematical skills
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with cash application processes
• Background in consumer products; Familiarity with accrual-based income reporting is a plus
