Bilingual Front Desk Clerk
We are looking for a friendly front desk clerk to join our growing company. You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine the reason for their visit. Other job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into our database, organizing files, and making copies. You will also monitor the inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide them with the necessary information and directions.
- Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, or take messages when necessary.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and organizing documents. Maintain and update records and databases as needed.
- Assist with inquiries, providing information about services, products, or directions.
Handle complaints or difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Ensure they reach the intended recipients promptly.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments, providing support as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, email, scheduling software).
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred but not rquired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
