Full-Time Server – Dali Crepes Cottonwood
Location: 1346 Fort Union Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, UT
Position: Full-Time Server
Pay: $7.25 per hour plus tips
Dali Crepes is looking for an energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused server to join our West Temple team.
We serve freshly prepared European-style sweet and savory crêpes, specialty coffee, and crafted drinks in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, works well under pressure, and understands that great service is a complete team effort.
What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine energy and hospitality.
• Learn the menu and confidently recommend crepes, drinks, add-ons, and desserts.
• Accurately take orders and process payments through the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check that guests are satisfied.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve a shift leader when needed.
• Reset tables and maintain a clean, organized dining room and service area.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Communicate closely with the kitchen and support coworkers during busy periods.
• Help create an experience that encourages guests to return.

Compensation

• Basewage: $7.25 per hour.
• Tips: Servers earn tips in addition to their hourly wage.
• Typical total earnings: Approximately $19- $25 per hour, including tips.
