ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of our sales division, ensuring we provide genuine value to our clients.
Coach and support our sales representatives to help them refine their approach and hit their professional goals.
Identify gaps in our local market coverage and create clear strategies to reach more families and businesses in Winslow Township.
Analyze performance metrics to understand what is working and where we can improve our service delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community to elevate the presence of The Atlantic District.
Collaborate with the leadership team to set realistic, growth-oriented targets for the upcoming quarters.
RequirementsActive Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of New Jersey.
Minimum of five years of direct sales management experience in the insurance sector.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide mid-level sales producers.
Expertise in local market trend analysis and territory development.
Strong command of CRM data to drive business decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
