We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to serve as a freelance witness for estate planning signing ceremonies at our law office in Clifton, NJ. This is an on call role with no set schedule (per diem), ideal for someone with flexible availability. Each appointment typically lasts between 40 minutes to one hour.

Responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled Estate Planning signing appointments at our Clifton office
• Serve as an impartial witness for legal documents, including wills and trusts
• Sign documents as a witness when required
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
• Flexible, on-call availability (appointments scheduled as needed)
• Legal, administrative, or notary experience is not required
• Professional attire

Compensation:

• $25 per signing
