Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with children with ASD to implement ABA therapy plans, developing and modifying behavioral interventions as needed

• Collect and record data to track progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform treatment strategies

• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA supervisors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of session activities, progress, and behavioral data

• Participate in staff training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
