Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and reliable warehouse clerks for our site in South Plainfield. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable working in narrow aisles, at heights, and using RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the shipping and receiving processes.
• Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely and effectively.
• Handle general labor tasks including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure accurate order picking and packing using RF scanners.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with order picking and shipping & receiving operations.
• Proficiency in operating a reach truck and forklift.
• Strong ability to lift and handle boxes consistently up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills including use of FedEx database and SAP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Punctuality and reliable attendance are mandatory.
• Professional and presentable demeanor.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Plainfield, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
