The Mainland Kitchen + Bar located at the Holiday Inn at The Mainland on 151 Route 72 West in Manahawkin; New Jersey is currently hiring for a dependable and energetic Restaurant Support Team Member to help ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role is essential to both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, assisting wherever needed to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport servers and bartenders with table maintenance and guest needs
Assist with food running and beverage delivery during peak service times
Reset and prepare tables quickly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
Refill water, restock supplies, and maintain organization of service areas
Assist with dishwashing and light kitchen support as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
Work collaboratively with management and team members to maintain service flow
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Excellent communication skills
Attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
