CNC Parts Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of in-process and finished components.
• Utilize various measurement tools and techniques to assess product quality.
• Perform floor inspections to maintain production quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in compliance with industry standards.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or related field is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of inspection equipment; height gages, dial bore gages, thread gages, micrometers, verniers, etc.

• GD&T
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Blueprint Reading
