Join Qualicare Home Care Central NJ as a Personal Care provider, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care in Skillman, NJ, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition to the care team.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or personal care preferred.
- Previous experience in personal care or home health is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and references required.
