Inbound Receiving Logistics Technician
Inbound Receiving Logistics Technician
Location: Princeton, NJ, US | Work Arrangement: On-Site | Shift: 3rd Shift | Band: J
Your day on the dock
As the night begins, you’ll step into a clean, cGMP-compliant environment and join a brief handoff with your Group Leader. You’ll open SAP to review inbound receipts and outbound sales and sample orders, then head to the floor to unload trucks, verify documentation, and record every movement with precision. Forklift and drum handling equipment are your tools of choice. Before anything ships, you’ll ensure OBD validation is complete for all sales orders, finalize SAP PGI transactions, and leave the area spotless for the next shift.
What you will do
- Verify, document, and record material flow during goods receipt, as well as sales and sample order preparation, truck loading, and unloading using company systems and tools (including SAP).
- Operate forklifts and drum handling equipment safely and confidently.
- Keep work areas orderly and audit-ready, adhering to cGMP standards.
- Train and work under the guidance of an experienced Group Leader or Internal Logistics mentor to learn procedures and systems.
- Confirm compliance with OBD validation for every sales order prior to shipment.
- Complete all daily SAP PGI transactions according to policy.
What we offer
- Room to grow—curiosity and an open mindset are encouraged and supported.
- A safety-first culture that supports physical and mental well-being.
- Work with a company where sustainability is central to our strategy and purpose.
- Inclusive, barrier-free communities where every colleague is valued and respected.
- Collaboration with customers and teammates to achieve great things.
- A one-team spirit that learns together to bring progress to life.
Compensation and rewards: Salary $22.50. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
What you bring
- High School diploma or equivalent, with experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Experience handling chemicals.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on background operating logistics equipment in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with G.M.P.’s; knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with SAP; experience with FedEx Ship Manager is helpful.
