Warehouse Worker
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will be responsible for various essential tasks that ensure efficient warehouse operations. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start or grow their careers in a supportive and expanding environment.
Responsibilities- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Stock shelves and organize items efficiently.
- Sort packages and maintain an organized inventory.
- Use RF scanner for scanning, labeling, and marking items.
- Operate manual pallet jacks for material handling.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- General labor and warehouse skills.
- Experience with shipping, stocking, and picking orders.
- Ability to use an RF scanner and RF scan gun.
- Familiarity with loading, inventory management, and material handling.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0 - 6 months of related warehouse experience preferred.
- No forklift certification required; training and certification on CROWN trucks provided upon permanent hire.

Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where safety is prioritized. Expect varying temperature conditions depending on the season, with heating in winter and fans and water coolers provided in summer. Dress in light, breathable layers and wear sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open toe shoes, sandals, flats, or heels are not permitted.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
