Join Our Team: Family Law Paralegal Hackensack, NJ (Hybrid)

Were currently seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our Hackensack office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in family law whos ready to take the next step in their career.

What Youll Do:

As a key member of our legal team, youll play an active role in supporting clients and attorneys throughout all phases of a case. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, drafting motions, and coordinating meetings and witnesses
• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, interrogatories, subpoenas, and affidavits
• Serving as a professional point of contact between clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Managing case calendars to ensure attorneys are ready for deadlines, court appearances, and meetings
• Maintaining accurate and organized electronic and paper files

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in family law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using legal software and tools, including Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint , and CIS
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (but not required)
